I recently purchased the HLTNC 1.5kW air-cooled spindle along with its matching VFD inverter, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I powered it on, I was impressed by just how quiet it runs. This makes for a pleasant workshop environment, especially during longer machining sessions.
Installation was straightforward and hassle-free. The included documentation was clear, and the VFD paired seamlessly with the spindle. Setup took me less time than expected, and I was up and running with precise, consistent cuts right away.
One important note for fellow users: this spindle doesn’t come with an earth (ground) wire attached. To ensure safety and prevent any potential static buildup or electrical issues, I made sure to properly earth the spindle through the mounting clamp—and I’d strongly recommend you do the same.
Lastly, I want to give a big shout-out to HLTNC’s customer service. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their support definitely added to the overall positive experience.
All in all, this spindle and VFD combo delivers outstanding performance, quiet operation, and reliable power—all backed by great service. Highly recommended.
